We’re headed for our third winter retreat weekend of 2020. Most people don’t pray for snow, unless they’re hoping for a snow day from school.
But this time of year the Barakel staff all pray for snow and we’re happy when it comes.
Today the forecast called for a “dusting” of snow.
By supper time tonight, we had several inches of fresh snow.
It should be a fun weekend for the teens and fathers and sons who will be here this weekend enjoying tubing, skating, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. That’s why we pray for snow.
We also pray for those same people that God will prepare them to hear clearly the truth of God’s Word because only God can transform lives.
Thank you for praying along with us, and thank you for praying for us and for your support, as we pray for snow and prepare for guests.
